Our flagship whiskey, Shortbarrel Four Grain Bourbon is a wheated bourbon featuring an engaging blend of fine four-to-five year-old Kentucky whiskey, including a secondary aging in our hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

Bottled at 92 proof and non-chill filtered, all four of the core American whiskey grains are represented – corn, rye, wheat and malted barley – with the wheat taking the spotlight to lend a softer, smoother profile. The result is full and rounded with corn sweetness and creamy wheat balanced by rye’s gentle spice and barley’s soft chocolate note. Hints of brown sugar and citrus peel lead to lingering notes of caramelized oak, vanilla bean and a final whisper of pepper and toasted grain.
