The Shortlist has three membership levels, each designed around how involved you want to be. 

THE ROSTER — 3 Month Plan $9.99/month OR $117.48 Annual Plan (SAVE 2%)

This is the pure access level. The Roster members will be part of The Shortlist community, have access to our existing discounted flat-rate shipping program, and get access to our major online bottle releases.

That includes releases like Bees Knees, Sapsquatch, Cigar Batch, Afterswarm, and other limited bottles throughout the year.

THE RESERVE — 3 Month Plan $19.99/month OR $230.28 Annual Plan (SAVE 4%)

This is the heart of the program and where we expect most members to land.

The Reserve members receive everything in The Roster, plus 10% off purchases and expanded access to The Shortlist single barrels, experiments and unique offerings.

The Reserve members will also have more opportunities to participate in The Shortlist events, tastings, barrel picks, and the behind-the-scenes side of what we are building.

THE LEGACY — 3 Month Plan $49.99/month OR $557.89 Annual Plan (SAVE 7%)

The Legacy is our top tier and will be capped because we do not want to sell more memberships than the whiskey and experiences can support.

The Legacy members receive everything in the other levels, plus 10% off purchases and first access to all The Shortlist single barrels, experiments and unique offerings.

Once The Legacy is full, a waiting list will begin. If you leave The Legacy, your spot will not be held and you will not be guaranteed the ability to come back. When a spot opens, The Reserve members will have the first opportunity to move up.

This member cap is intentional. Shortbarrel is growing fast, but we do not want to overpromise something we cannot properly support.

The Shortlist is built around 3 month plans to allow for premium access to releases each quarter.

It's possible, but depends on tier availability. Allocations are carefully planned in advance. You’ll need to wait until your membership term ends to change tiers. Send us an email support@shortbarrelbourbon.com and we’ll try to help.

No, we don’t offer pauses. You can always rejoin or change tiers at the end of your term.

We no longer offer Shortlist local pick up. Please come by and say hi or check out the bottle shop of unique offerings.

Yes! But depending on when you join, you may miss certain bottle allocations for The Shortlist.

There are no longer bottles included in The Shortlist just access to releases.

You’ll be added to the current release cycle. You will be notified about access to the next drop

Yes—you will receive an email with tracking information when your bottle ships. Check your spam or promo folders if you don’t see it.

Yes. Alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) with valid ID to sign for delivery. Federal law.

We currently ship to 48 states. We do not ship to SD, or UT due to legal restrictions.
