Who is Shortbarrel Bourbon?
Shortbarrel is an independent bourbon company based in Georgia. We source exceptional barrels from Kentucky and Indiana, then age, finish, and blend them in Atlanta. Every bottle is crafted with intention, bold flavor, and no shortcuts.
Do you distill your own whiskey?
Not yet. We work with top-tier distilleries to source barrels and do all our aging, blending, and finishing locally. We believe great whiskey starts with great barrels—and gets better with purpose-driven blending.
Where are you located?
Our blending facility is in Norcross, GA and yes you can visit us!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 48 states where DTC alcohol sales are legal (excluding Utah and South Dakota).
Who handles shipping?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Bottle Nexus, our trusted logistics partner. They specialize in spirits and ensure your bottles arrive safely and professionally packed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days of label creation. Transit times range from 2–7 business days depending on location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer guaranteed expedited shipping. Even if selected at checkout, we cannot promise faster delivery due to third-party fulfillment timelines.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to federal alcohol laws, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@bottlenexus.com—we’ll take care of it.
Adult signature required?
Yes. A 21+ signature is required for delivery. If the package is returned due to missed delivery attempts, we’ll need to charge for reshipment.
How often do you release new batches?
We drop new bottles throughout the year. Some are single barrel, some are blends—none last long. Join The Shortlist or follow us on social media for early access and alerts.
Can I do a private barrel pick?
Yes! We offer private picks for stores, groups, and select partners. Email us at info@shortbarrelbourbon.com to start the process.
What is The Shortlist?
The Shortlist is our bourbon subscription club. Members get early access to limited drops, exclusive releases, quarterly tastings, giveaways, and more.
