The Georgia batch transforms our classic bourbon by finishing it in wildflower honey barrels sourced from a Georgia apiary, while Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky each offer their own exclusive variations. Each bourbon barrel in these blends has a minimum age of six years, double-barreled in Medium+ Toasted barrels from Kelvin Cooperage, then aged in honey barrels to create an extra layer of complexity.
With proofs between 108 and 118, Bees Knees IV offers rich notes of deep caramel, toasted oak, honeyed vanilla, and a sweet touch that lingers with a smooth, lasting warmth. Please note: this bourbon is unfiltered, preserving natural flavors and character from the honey barrels, which may result in a cloudy appearance or natural sediment in the glass.
