The Single Barrel Series exists to showcase whiskey without blending it away.
Each release comes from one individual barrel, selected because it stands on its own—structurally sound, expressive, and complete without correction. These barrels are not chosen to fit a profile; they are chosen because they already have one.
Selections may originate from MGP or Kentucky distilleries and can include bourbon or rye depending on the barrel. Age, proof, and mash bill vary by release, but the standard remains consistent: balance, clarity, and integrity in the glass.
Once a barrel is gone, it cannot be recreated.
1. Initial Conversation
We start with a discussion around your audience, use case, and preferences—bourbon or rye, proof range, flavor direction, and volume needs.
2. Tasting & Evaluation
You’ll taste through a curated set of candidate barrels alongside our team. Each barrel is evaluated for structure, balance, and finish—not novelty alone.
3. Barrel Selection
Once a barrel is selected, it is reserved exclusively for your store, group, or event. No blending, no substitutions.
4. Bottling & Release
The barrel is bottled individually, labeled accordingly, and prepared for release. Distribution and availability are coordinated based on the nature of the selection.
5. Exclusive Offering
Your selection is released solely to your audience. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
In addition to traditional single barrels, we offer select finishing options and experimental blends as part of the barrel selection program.
These experiences are intentionally one-off. Finishes, barrel types, and blending approaches vary based on availability, seasonality, and the specific character of the whiskey selected. Some barrels are released as-is; others may undergo additional maturation or be blended with a small number of complementary barrels to achieve a specific structural or flavor goal.
No two experimental selections are the same. Once a concept is executed, it is not repeated.
Availability of finishes and experimental approaches is discussed during the selection process and evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure the final result remains balanced, intentional, and true to the whiskey.

Bright and expressive. White pepper, clove, and citrus peel lead, followed by floral honey aromatics, light caramel, and subtle herbal notes.
Firm and lively. Grain-forward rye spice up front—cracked peppercorn, baking spice, and citrus zest—supported by a rounded mid-palate shaped by honey-conditioned oak. Texture builds without softening the rye’s core.
Long and dry with balance. Rye spice carries through first, followed by a restrained echo of honeyed warmth and seasoned oak. Clean, structured, and composed to the end.
